CarGurus showed “No offers found” for the Trailblazer and suggested AutoNation as a partner. However, AutoNation also doesn’t buy non-running vehicles, leaving sellers without options on that platform.
For the Ford F-150, Peddle redirected us to their partner network instead of giving a direct quote. This typically happens with higher-value vehicles that fall outside Peddle’s usual price range.
Peddle vs. CarGurus: Detailed Comparison
Both services give you a quote in about 2 minutes, and both offer quotes that last 7 days. The difference is what happens next. CarGurus offers expire after 7 days or 250 additional miles, whichever comes first. Peddle gives you 7 days to decide without a mileage limit.
CarGurus gives you two paths: sell 100% online with home pickup, or drive to a local dealer for same-day payment. Peddle sends a tow truck to your location within 24 to 48 hours and handles everything there. If your car won’t start, Peddle’s free towing makes more sense since you can’t drive it to a dealer.
